Spartanburg Area Mental Health Center is a comprehensive public outpatient and inpatient mental health facility located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties. The center provides a full continuum of care including emergency services, inpatient services, outpatient services, and early intervention services for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, thought disorders such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, substance use disorders, behavioral problems, suicide risk, and attention deficit disorder.
