Royal Life Centers

Royal Life Centers is a dual diagnosis mental health & substance use treatment center located in Mead, Washington. The facility provides a full continuum of behavioral health and substance use disorder care, including medical detox, residential inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization programming (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and outpatient treatment (OP). Royal Life Centers uses individualized treatment plans, medication-assisted detox, group therapy, individual therapy, sober housing support, psychoeducation, and employment readiness services to help guests build a stable foundation for long-term recovery. The program network also maintains accreditations and certifications from organizations including The Joint Commission, NAATP, LegitScript, DBHR, the Washington State Department of Health, and Wellbriety.

Royal Life Centers uses a holistic, research-based approach designed to address both substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Treatment may include psychotherapy, adventure therapy, equine therapy, activity therapy, relapse prevention, trauma resolution, meditation, anger management, and 12-step meetings within a biopsychosocial/spiritual model of care. The facility supports adults, individuals, families, and Indigenous people experiencing conditions such as alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, stimulant use disorders, depression, grief & loss, and other mental health disorders, with the goal of helping guests achieve long-term sobriety, emotional wellness, and sustained recovery.
