Rosecrance – Mulberry Center provides immediate, short-term behavioral health crisis services for adolescents, adults, and older adults in Rockford, Illinois, and surrounding communities. This Joint Commission–accredited facility specializes in rapid assessment, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care for individuals experiencing psychiatric or substance-related crises. By offering triage and crisis residential services under one roof, the Mulberry Center helps individuals avoid unnecessary hospitalization or involvement with the criminal justice system.

The center operates twenty-four hours a day in a supervised, voluntary residential setting designed to feel safe, supportive, and non-clinical. Services include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and structured discharge planning.
