River Rock Treatment

River Rock Treatment, located at 125 College Street, 5th Floor, in Burlington, Vermont, is a clinically driven outpatient substance use and mental health treatment center dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery. Situated along the scenic shoreline of Lake Champlain, River Rock provides a safe and supportive environment where men and women can rebuild their lives, strengthen their mental health, and develop the skills needed for long-term wellness. The center offers a full continuum of care, including a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient therapy, allowing clients to enter treatment at the level that best meets their needs.

River Rock’s evidence-based and integrative approach incorporates trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, life skills training, and a variety of therapeutic modalities, including family systems work, 12-Step facilitation, meditation, and Acudetox. Programs are highly individualized, with personalized care plans developed collaboratively between participants and licensed clinicians. The center also specializes in treating co-occurring disorders, addressing both substance use and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
