The program is truly amazing and helped me more than I can even put into words. The entire staff are a group of kind, compassionate, and incredibly dedicated people, and the facility itself truly does feel like a resort. The therapy, group programs, and extra activities are all so conducive to recovery from mental illness as well as substance use disorders.
I called Anna's office to request a copy of my daughters records. I did not get a return phone call, email or the like. What DID happen was my ex wife of 12+ years was notified that I was requesting my children's records. In conversation, my ex mentioned me requesting records from Anna. Although it did confirm that Anna "favored" my ex through all of the "family sessions." Extremely unprofessional, unethical and beyond disappointing.
