This appointment was a video call with a physical therapist, Daniel Cooper. I wasn’t expecting much, except a high level discussion on exercises for my plantar fasciitis condition. I was very pleasantly surprised that Mr Cooper asked many questions which showed his desire to be helpful for the long run. Not just today, or next week, but for the years ahead. He gave me some great exercises I can do at home, or the gym, to strengthen my feet and provide additional balance. I’m very impressed with his work.
