Individual therapy, group therapy, activities, and life coaching were all done professionally and thoughtfully. We as a family were also invested into with family weekends and therapy. Even when our daughter hit bumps along the way, they provided the accountability, structure and resources she needed. After leaving the program, the after care and alumni outreach are amazing. I have been coming for therapy to Utah family Institute for over a decade. When you walk in the door, there is a feeling of comfort. I would highly recommend trying them out for any of your therapy needs.

I've really enjoyed going here. My therapist, Audrey, has been a great person to talk with. She's a great listener and I've always felt safe being open and vulnerable. I've never felt judged, rushed, or misrepresented. I would recommend anyone looking for solid therapy to come here.
