North Country Community Mental Health

North Country Community Mental Health's Gaylord location serves Otsego County and the surrounding region, providing community behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Outpatient services include individual therapy, psychiatric consultation, integrated health services, targeted case management, and person-centered planning. Clinical approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

The facility provides early intervention and family-centered programs including Infant Mental Health, Parent Support Partners, and children's crisis response. Adult services include Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), community living supports, and peer support. Crisis services, jail diversion, emergency mental health response, and inpatient psychiatric screening are also available.
