Muscogee Nation Behavioral Health, located at 31870 Highway 51 in Coweta, Oklahoma, provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for enrolled citizens of the Muscogee Nation. With five locations across the reservation, the clinic ensures accessible care through face-to-face, telehealth, and phone sessions. Services include individual and family therapy, substance use groups, psychiatric medication management, psychological testing, and crisis assessment and intervention. Prevention education programs also address suicide, substance use, nicotine use, HIV, and Hepatitis B.
