Founded by Stephanie Knight Clarke in 2013, the practice—originally known as Knight Counseling and Consultation Solutions—evolved into Mosaic Wellness in 2020. This transformation reflects a holistic view of mental health and mindfulness, as well as a commitment to expanding services for the Charleston community. The center provides specialized approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and perinatal mental health counseling, addressing unique life experiences from perinatal mood disorders to diabetes-related mental health concerns.
