Health Connect America in Decherd, Tennessee provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. Programs at this location include outpatient mental health services, intensive in-home (IIH) services, psychiatric assessment, medication management, substance use treatment services, case management services, and supervised visitation. These services are designed to support individuals and families in their homes and communities while helping prevent the need for higher levels of care.
