Generations Family Health Center Inc

Generations Family Health Center Inc, located at 40 Mansfield Avenue in Willimantic, Connecticut, is a private, not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary and behavioral healthcare services for the eastern Connecticut region. Since 1984, Generations has offered a full spectrum of outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The center provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and diagnostic assessments. These services are available both to the center’s patients and to members of the wider community.

In addition to clinical care, Generations Family Health Center operates numerous programs targeting special populations, including agricultural employees, children in foster care, and children and youth with special health care needs. The center also offers care coordination, school-based health services, Affordable Care Act enrollment support, and HIV early intervention programs through the Ryan White C & D initiative.
