Family Services' Residential Treatment Program in Green Bay, Wisconsin provides intensive, live-in care for youth ages 10 to 17 who are experiencing serious emotional, mental, or behavioral challenges. Located at the state-of-the-art Irene “Billie” Kress Center for Youth Development, the facility offers 20 private and semi-private rooms, on-site classrooms, group and family counseling spaces, a sensory room, and both indoor and outdoor recreational areas. Designed to offer safety, structure, and comfort, the environment promotes healing and growth for young individuals in need of stabilization and long-term support.
Each child in the program receives an individualized treatment plan developed in collaboration with their family and referring professionals. Services are grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, Brainspotting, and substance use counseling (AODA). Youth also gain practical life skills through independent living training. The program’s trauma-informed and family-centered approach sets it apart, supporting long-lasting outcomes and empowering families to succeed post-discharge.
