Elevations RTC

Elevations RTC, located in Syracuse, Utah, is a premier residential treatment center for adolescents ages 13–18 of all genders. The facility offers a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach that includes evidence-based therapies, individualized psychiatric care, and a structured academic program designed to help teens navigate mental health and behavioral challenges. With full-time medical and psychiatric staff on site, Elevations provides the clinical depth needed to treat complex diagnoses including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Therapeutic services at Elevations RTC include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), 12-Step Facilitation, and art therapy.
