Door County Health & Human Services - Behavioral Health in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin provides outpatient treatment, Community Support Program (CSP), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and crisis services for Door County residents. The department offers mental health services, substance use services, individual counseling, group counseling, medication management, psychiatry, psychological evaluation & testing, OWI assessments, and service facilitation for youth and adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Care at Door County Health & Human Services - Behavioral Health includes coordinated care, community-based care, individualized treatment planning, recovery-centered care, and person-centered care. Services support people experiencing mental health concerns, substance use concerns, co-occurring disorders, chronic and persistent mental illness, and serious mental illness, with programming available for youth, adults, families, caregivers, women who are pregnant, IV drug users, and family members who support them. The program focuses on recovery, daily living skills, safety planning, symptom reduction, and stability in the community.
