Crittenton Services

Crittenton Services in Wheeling, West Virginia provides residential treatment, outpatient treatment, community-based behavioral health care, and outpatient counseling services for children, adults, families, and diverse communities. The agency offers specialized residential treatment programs, therapeutic services, telehealth, case management, 24-hour crisis intervention, Trauma-Informed Treatment, Trauma-Informed Care, ARC treatment planning, ACE Survey screening, CANS Assessment support, and Nurturing Parenting Education.

Residential care serves girls ages 12-21, including pregnant girls, parenting girls, and young women ages 16-21 in transition to independent living.
