Confluence Behavioral Health

Confluence Behavioral Health, located in Thetford, Vermont, is a Joint Commission-accredited young adult residential mental health treatment center offering structured residential treatment for individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and other mental health diagnoses. This short-term residential program provides a supportive, 24/7 environment where young adults can focus on stabilization, assessment, and skill development while preparing for greater independence and long-term recovery.

The program delivers a range of clinical services including psychiatric evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment, nursing assessment, neuropsychological testing, medication management, psychiatric consultation, care management, and coaching.
