Compass Health - WISe Program

Compass Health - WISe Program, located at 4308 76th Street NE in Marysville, Washington, provides Children’s Intensive Outpatient Treatment through its Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) program. The home- and community-based program supports youth with complex behavioral health needs and their families through care coordination, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, outreach, peer support, psychiatric services, 24/7 crisis response, and assessment services. Treatment is delivered in natural settings such as the home, school, and community to help youth remain in the least restrictive environment possible.
