CLM Behavioral Health Systems, also known as the Center for Life Management, is a nonprofit community mental health center located at 10 Tsienneto Road in Derry, New Hampshire. Serving the region for over five decades, CLM provides comprehensive, integrated behavioral health and substance use services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. The center offers a broad array of outpatient and crisis care options, including walk‑in crisis assessments and 24/7 acute care support, ensuring individuals in emotional distress receive timely and effective help.
CLM’s clinical team delivers tailored treatment plans based on evidence‑based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, complemented by psychiatric services, medication management, and psychoeducation. The center also provides community‑focused supports including case management, care coordination, and specialized programs like Assertive Community Treatment and Supported Employment to help people navigate challenges related to serious mental illness, co‑occurring disorders, and ongoing recovery. With a strengths‑based, client‑centered approach, CLM empowers individuals and families to achieve wellness and resilience throughout all stages of life.
