Central Oahu Community Mental Health

Central Oahu Community Mental Health, located at 860 Fourth Street in Pearl City, Hawaii, is a state-operated Family Guidance Center dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health services for children and adolescents. The center focuses on individualized care, working closely with families to develop treatment plans tailored to each youth's unique needs. Services include care coordination, case management, mental health assessments, monitoring, advocacy, and linkage to community resources. Youth enrolled at Central Oahu Community Mental Health may access supplemental supports such as School-Based Behavioral Health services through the Department of Education. The center also extends its expertise to youth in the Detention Home and Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility via partnerships with the Family Court Liaison Branch.
