Center for Emotional Health – Salisbury delivers quality outpatient behavioral health services for individuals and families in Rowan County and surrounding areas. The center provides effective treatment for a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, and substance use issues. Programs are available for individuals starting at age 5 and include both short- and long-term psychotherapy, medication management, and group or individual counseling.
The Salisbury location also features the Footprints program for outpatient substance abuse recovery. Patients aged 16 and older receive therapeutic support and medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, Sublocade, or Vivitrol. Additional services include veteran-specific support, such as mental health evaluations and counseling, and the issuance of emotional support animal letters for those diagnosed with qualifying mental health conditions.
