Center for Discovery Tampa in Tampa, Florida is a Joint Commission accredited outpatient eating disorder treatment center providing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services for individuals ages 10 and up of all genders. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, nutrition therapy, yoga therapy, and telehealth.
