Center for Discovery Houston in Houston, Texas is a Joint Commission accredited outpatient eating disorder treatment center providing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services for individuals of all genders and ages. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and nutrition therapy. Therapeutic approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused nutrition therapy.

Eating disorders treated include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, and co-occurring disorders. A dedicated program for binge eating disorder is available, and LGBTQ+ affirming care is offered.
