I had a positive clinical experience with Led Life during my virtual visits in 2024 with NP Mei-Jen. NP Mei-Jen was very friendly and helped me while I was working my way through a rough patch. Led Life offered great flexibility in terms of virtual appointments and appointment times. Dr. Amir Isbell (CFO) was able to assist me today with a proper billing resolution. I appreciate the time he took to speak with me, resolve my main concern, and discuss all that Led Life had to offer to their patients. I feel that 5-star reviews are not only earned based on perfection but also how businesses are able to work through any concerns that arise.

I can’t speak for all the psychiatrists but the office itself has been helpful to me when I needed them and my psychiatrist is amazing. You cannot find a more affordable out of network psychiatrist office. Highly recommend. If you’re struggling, don’t delay in getting the help you need like I did, there’s no shame in it. You didn’t choose this. Get help. This is a great place to be seen.

Would give negative stars if that were possible. Meeting Bikash Sharma and this office is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor of any type. Didn't listen to what I said, didn't call in my prescriptions and then called in prescriptions he changed without consulting me first. We finally agreed on a plan and it took him over a week to call in that new prescription. Save your time and save yourself a huge headache. Never have I been demeaned and belittled in such a way by a doctor and his staff. Ridiculous.
