The CReW (Counseling, Recovery, and Wellness) Program, operated by Catholic Community Services, is a licensed outpatient mental health and substance use counseling center serving adults through the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN). Located in downtown Seattle at 1902 2nd Avenue, Suite 208, the CReW Program provides low-barrier, person-centered services designed to help individuals living with mental health and/or substance use disorders improve their quality of life.
CReW offers a full range of integrated outpatient services including mental health and substance use assessments, individualized counseling, group therapy, psychiatric services, case management, and after-hours crisis support. The program promotes a holistic approach to care, offering both in-person and telehealth options across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on meeting individuals where they are in their recovery journey. The care team includes licensed mental health professionals, substance use disorder specialists, peer counselors, case managers, and psychiatric providers, all working collaboratively to support each client’s personal goals, community integration, and long-term well-being.
To qualify for services, clients must be Washington State residents age 18 or older with active Medicaid and a qualifying mental health or substance use diagnosis.
