Facility Overview

Located on Burrell’s main campus, Building B is a specialized outpatient facility offering comprehensive mental and behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and families. This center is home to the Burrell Autism Center, RecoverED Eating Disorder Services, Children’s Day Treatment programs, and a variety of individual and group therapy services. Designed with a family-centered approach, Building B supports young clients through evidence-based interventions and personalized care.

The Burrell Autism Center provides advanced diagnostic evaluations and treatment services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The center focuses on identifying each child’s unique strengths and challenges, offering tools and therapeutic support to help families better understand and connect with their child. Staff partner closely with parents to promote development in communication, social relationships, and learning.

The facility also houses the Children’s Day Treatment Group Program for ages 3 to 5, providing early intervention through structured therapeutic activities that foster emotional regulation, social development, and school readiness. In addition, RecoverED delivers specialized support for children and teens struggling with disordered eating, helping them build healthier relationships with food and body image in a compassionate environment.
