Burlington United Methodist Family Services in Beckley, West Virginia provides residential treatment for youth in need of stability and support. The center offers Level II and Level III residential care, individual therapy, group therapy, behavioral management, skill-building programs, recreational and experiential learning programs, as well as psychiatric and general medical services. Services are designed for youth ages 11–17 in gender-specific residential cottages.
