Bear River Mental Health Center – Bear River House, located in Logan, Utah, provides short-term residential psychiatric stabilization for adults experiencing acute mental health crises. The facility offers structured crisis stabilization, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual and group therapy in a residential setting. The program is designed to provide a step-down level of care from inpatient hospitalization and to support clients in transitioning back to outpatient services.
