Kind and caring, a great place for healing. The wonderful clinicians and staff helped me through a very tough time in my life following a stress-related burnout, depression, and a life-changing mental health diagnosis. Time Wellness helped me by providing a safe space to talk, expanding my coping skills and tools, changing my attitude, and helping me believe in myself again. I'm continuing to work on myself and am taking classes towards a career of my dreams! I saw growth and maturity in almost all other clients that I shared time with. You or your loved one is worth this level of kindness and caring.

After the first few minutes of talking with Dr. Poulos, I was really impressed. She is an excellent listener, really warm and friendly, and extremely kind - she really put me at ease. She was so sweet with my kids and I felt confident and comfortable that they were getting the care that they needed. Really appreciate it a lot. Highly recommend!

Linda was a great mental health resource. She made me feel comfortable discussing difficult topics and together we came up with a treatment plan to deal with side effects that had been concerning for me. I really appreciate how well she listens.

I was very anxious and nervous before my appointment with a psychiatric nurse practitioner for my initial consultation to begin a new treatment plan for my ADHD. I barely slept and was so nervous but even upon arrival I was greeted with warmth and empathy from the administration, receptionist was very kind.

The intake process was cool and easy. Dr. David was very pleasant. I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff. They also offer virtual appointments and work with your schedule which is a plus. Highly recommend.
