11th Hour Trauma Retreat

The 11th Hour offers more individual therapy than any other retreat, providing each participant with a custom-designed program tailored to their specific needs. This personalized approach includes the selection of therapy types, the timing and duration of daily sessions, and methods for relaxation and both mental and physical recovery. All therapeutic interventions are research-based and proven effective, with a strong emphasis on the neurobiological impact of trauma, brain development, and attachment.

Therapists work closely with clients to help them reprocess trauma, fostering a more positive self-image and improved emotional regulation. As a result, clients gain greater control over their reactions and are no longer triggered by past experiences.

Participants engage in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly researched and effective method for trauma reprocessing. Expressive arts and bodywork are also integrated to support continued healing.
