When we walked in, we felt as if we had just interrupted ladies gossipfest and that it was a problem. When I presented the front desk lady with my facilities paperwork, there was an immediate shift in her demeanor. At first she couldn't be bothered to actually show me the door I needed to go through to get to the paperwork lady, but eventually scoffed, rolled her eyes, and snidely says, "Here, I'll just bring you over there." It's as if seeing the Facility Name gave pre-judgment on the kiddo and made them feel equally as uncomfortable. When the appointment was made through our facility, there was no mention of alternate paperwork needed. Luckily the paperwork lady was much kinder than the front desk lady and got me everything I needed for my facility.
