If I could give this place negative stars I would. The PCIT scheduler was completely rude. Lied to me, & just 100% unprofessional. I will make sure to let the Spokane community know my experience. She refused to set an appointment with me for me and my 3 children. Ages 0,4, & 7 for PCIT. All because my 7 year old has tricare select and then she tried to proceed to tell me she could no longer set an appointment. I do not appreciate the unprofessional attitude and lying. Especially since I was only trying to get services for my daughter. Also when I asked to speak with the manager when I called her out for lying. She put me on hold and after coming back told me the manager was unavailable. Someone who works in medical care knows what that means. So please look elsewhere for care.

Many of the workers here are fresh out of school and have little experience which makes diagnosing and treatment difficult. In addition, their "peer support professionals" have no actual education in the field. I say this to warn other people about letting your children go with the peer support specialists. My daughter was seeing one of the Peer Support specialists, and she turned me in to cps. This "specialist", Danielle B. had no formal education to understand what my child was saying, and was a previous drug addict herself. She took what was said out of context, inflammed it and reported it to CPS. I withdrew my child from this program and let Danielle know that we had our daughters situation handeled. Danielle told CPS that I said I was pulling my daughter because "too many people were involved and I was worried about cps". She also lied and stated I did not have my 12 year old in school at all. I received the CPS records today to confirm her statements.
