Access Report Data License

Scope of This License

This license applies solely to the Mental Health Access Report and its published data, including the statistics, findings, charts, tables, and summaries made available on the Mental Health Access Report page. It does not apply to the broader Mental Health US directory, individual facility listings, provider profiles, or any other website content, all of which remain governed by the Terms of Service.

What This License Allows

• You may cite, share, reproduce, and reference Access Report data for research, educational, journalistic, policy, public-health, and other non-commercial purposes, provided that you attribute Mental Health US as the source.
• Reasonable portions of published statistics, findings, charts, and tables may be reused, excerpted, and incorporated into your own research, articles, reports, presentations, and educational materials with attribution.
• You may link to the Access Report page or this license page without restriction.

When using or citing Access Report data, please credit Mental Health US as the source. A suggested attribution is:

What This License Does Not Allow

This license does not grant any right to:

• Commercially reuse, resell, or exploit Access Report data for financial gain.
• Bulk republish, redistribute, or mirror the Access Report dataset or substantial portions of its published data.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract the Mental Health US directory, database, or website content. The general restrictions in the Terms of Service remain in full effect for all directory and website content.

Commercial reuse, bulk republication, redistribution, scraping, resale, or commercial exploitation of Mental Health US directory or database data is not granted by this license and requires prior written permission from Mental Health US.

No Warranty

Access Report data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Mental Health US does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the data. The data reflects facilities represented within the Mental Health US directory at a given point in time and should not be interpreted as a comprehensive census of all providers operating in the United States.
