Jefferson Center for Mental Health - Colorado Crisis Services offers free, confidential, and immediate support from trained professionals and peer specialists, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Individuals can access help by calling 844-493-TALK (8255), texting TALK to 38255, or visiting one of the organization’s walk-in centers located across Colorado—regardless of their ability to pay.

Designed as a starting point for anyone facing mental health, substance use, or emotional challenges, Colorado Crisis Services provides compassionate assistance for a wide range of concerns. These include, but are not limited to, depression, grief, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, bullying, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, domestic violence, parenting challenges, homelessness, substance use, and questions about recovery or available resources.

Recognizing that crises affect everyone differently, the organization ensures that anyone in need has someone to talk to—any time, for any reason.
