Telecare King County Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) Center in Federal Way, Washington is a 16-bed acute inpatient mental health program providing short-term psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults experiencing severe mental illness. Services include psychiatric assessment, medication management, peer support, supportive counseling, and discharge planning with community care coordination.

The program uses a recovery-centered, harm-reduction approach and operates around the clock seven days a week. Conditions addressed include severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
