This recovery center I would give 10 stars. From the first phone call, I felt welcomed. Taylor and Jennifer were amazing to work with at the women’s house. I will miss them both! Cassidy, my case manager was extremely nice to me throughout my time here. My therapist Reece really helped me overcome a lot. I am leaving SERC feeling like a different person. Thank you to everyone at SERC, including my peers!

I have been with Genesis for over a year and absolutely LOVE every thing about them! I’ll start with scheduling. Once on the schedule, I am able to keep the same appointment day and time every week so I don’t forget it. If I ever have to miss or reschedule, no problem. I am able to call and speak with someone directly or leave a message and my calls are always returned promptly. This is due to the wonderful ladies in the Salisbury office, Stacy and Kacie! These two stay on top of things and if ever I miss an appointment without calling first, they call to check on me to make sure things are okay. They both make need very comfortable and I can tell that they truly care about me and my family. I can’t give them enough praise!!! My therapist, Tal’ Meshia, has been a god send! I, honestly and truly, don’t know what I would do without her! She has been a blessing and has taught me so much about myself and has helped me heal in so many ways. Not just myself but my mother and seven year old daughter look forward to seeing her every week, as well!! I can’t sing enough praise about Genesis! I can honestly say that I have had zero complaints in over a year with them and I look forward to each visit! Thank you ladies for showing me and my family that you really do care about us! It means so very much!!!
