Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) of the Tri-Cities offers a comprehensive Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH) program dedicated to supporting youth up to age 21 on their journey toward mental health and emotional well-being. By focusing on individual strengths and promoting resilience, LCSNW helps young people and their families navigate life’s challenges with hope and empowerment. Their multi-disciplinary team—including therapists, psychiatric prescribers, and case managers—provides culturally competent care tailored to the diverse needs of the community, ensuring timely access through both in-person and telehealth services.
LCSNW’s integrated approach includes a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and play therapy for younger clients.
