Kairos – Jackson Services, located at 10 Crater Lake Avenue in Medford, Oregon, provides flexible, youth-centered behavioral health services for families in Jackson and Josephine Counties. Designed for children and adolescents enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan, this outpatient program offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care. With a focus on personalized treatment, services are delivered in-office, in the community, or through telehealth, depending on the unique needs of the child and their family. Initial assessments and individualized service plans ensure a tailored approach to behavioral and emotional health support.
The Jackson Services location offers a full continuum of care including individual and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and skills coaching. Peer support services for both youth and caregivers are also available, empowering families to navigate mental health systems with confidence. Additional supports such as crisis respite for youth aged 4 to 17 provide families relief and stability during times of high stress. The facility also plays a critical role in supporting children in foster care by training Treatment Foster Parents who provide structured, therapeutic home environments for youth in need.
