Family Pathways

Family Pathways, located in Butler, Pennsylvania, provides outpatient mental health and family support services designed to strengthen children, adolescents, teens, and families. The center offers structured Levels of Care including standard outpatient programs and Family Based Mental Health Services, helping clients receive intensive in-home and community support while addressing mental health needs and family dynamics.

Clients benefit from a wide range of Core Services such as individual therapy, family therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), trauma narrative therapies, conflict resolution, anger management, parenting and co-parenting support, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and telepsychiatry. These services are delivered using evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care, including EcoSystemic Family Therapy and strengths-based methods, to promote emotional growth, healthy coping skills, and positive family communication.

Family Pathways treats a variety of Conditions including emotional and behavioral disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and other mental health diagnoses. The programs are specifically designed to prevent out-of-home placements, stabilize the family unit, and empower children and families to develop life management skills and lasting resilience, all within a compassionate and supportive environment.
