Emergence Health Network ChAMhPs, located at 8500 Boeing Drive in El Paso, Texas, is a regional leader in comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Through its Children and Adolescent Mental Health Program, EHN offers developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed care designed to address a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges. Core services include individual, family, and group counseling, psychiatric medication management, case management, and skills development — all of which are provided in a youth-guided, family-centered environment.

Its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer structured treatment for teens requiring more intensive care than traditional outpatient settings.
