Dr Jessica has changed my life. Consistently checking in, monitoring meds, listens and changes plans WITH me.. doesn’t just write a random prescription and send me on my way. Really really amazing by personality… I just can’t speak highly enough of her to be honest. She has a great medical assistant Melanie who helps a bunch with medicine “upkeep” as well. (Filling and refilling meds). I’m so grateful that I found them.

Needed my meds filled and asked for a remote session with the psychiatrist told them my health made it difficult to come in. Remote was all set up then the manager turns around and says I have to come in person for a session in order to get a prescription while in the mean time I don’t have any of my pills and again my health makes it difficult. But they didn’t listen I recommend looking elsewhere for help and the last two therapists I’ve had have been absolutely horrible I recommend northwestern instead
