I’m really disappointed with my experience at Duffy Health Center. I’ve been left in a situation where I’m dealing with sickness and withdrawal symptoms, and instead of being supported, I felt passed around and not clearly taken care of. I asked for a proper prescriber and continuity of care, but I was scheduled with an NP without clear communication about provider responsibility or next steps. I needed stability and clarity, especially with medication management, and I did not feel that was provided. This situation has left me feeling unheard and unsafe in terms of my care plan. Patients deserve clear treatment responsibility, timely responses, and appropriate medical oversight, especially when medications are involved. I hope the clinic improves how it handles continuity of care and communication so others don’t end up feeling lost in the system the way I did.
