Cannot say enough good things about Foundations. As a newly licensed foster parent, they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone involved feels supported. They are all so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I could go on and on but I am so grateful we were introduced to Foundations and are so excited to be a part of this amazing organization!

A very valuable resource of services and information delivered in a professional and non-judgmental approach. In addition to regular community health care and mental health and wellness services, Vivent offers HIV testing and HIV support groups, needle exhange, Narcan education and dispensing, a food pantry and so much more, all delivered with care and experience. We need more locations in every city. Their value cannot be quantified.

I checked myself in to detox from alcohol. The woman that admitted me was very professional and kind. I did have to wait a while because she was already in the process of admitting someone else. I didn't mind and I didn't have to wait very long.

Absolutely amazing! For the first time I have a provider that actually cares and takes me seriously. I see two providers through Nystrom and both are great. I highly recommend this place up and down. I see one provider virtually which I wasn’t sure about at first but, it really works out great. It’s just like in person just over your mobile or computer device.
